I loved totally everything, very friendly. Everyone - The staff treated me like I was the only client - thats great since I love the atttention. Thanks to all @ Green Ele for a great Experience. One more thing - I lovedthat you'll are eco friendly.
Lee, I'm Alex. The argentinian guy that was in Dante's Peak a few weeks ago. Remember me? I'm back in Argentina. My trip to SA was awesome but I didn't find a job soon enough. Ergo...I'm back here. I want to tell you guys that my days at the Green Elephant were really unforgivable. Next time in SA, I will check the premises again. Promise. I came here to relax after a two month lasting exhausting job in Joburg - and found you: friendly, doing your job with passion, patient even in the most stressful moments, calming me down when I was close to panic becaise of my ticket. So thank you very mych for everything. For me, there is no question: I'll come back again. ALready looking forward to it.

Cape town is beautiful but this place is extraordinary not because of the facilities provided but because of the people living here. i got the complete vacation because i stayed in green elephant

I stayed in the little house on wesleu street - ad what a joy! it's a peaceful tranquil home from home - and mavis and vuvu are surrogate mums too! thanks green elephant - i'll certainly recommend you to people

Hello! Hello! :) It was the best time ever in cape town! never seen so nice people. just cause of that i moved two t\streets away, so i can come over to enhoy the time, even though i moved out! im looking forward to every wednesday night!!!
It is very nice to stay here. i don't expect all the things what Elephant hostel have. warm shower, balcony, bbq, many many tv channels, you can watch football from europe like as champions league. very cool. the people of green elephant is very friendly and like to help you for everything like as bazbus, to stay in another hostel, many things. it is very chill and relax here.
i am sure to come back next time if i'll go in holiday again. cape town is very beautiful town, the clothes in the shops.

"stormy" nights in our tent, sunny breakfast on the balcony, warm people in the hostel, great conversations...I really enjoyed being here in the green elephant. Unfortunately, we already have to go back to potch - boring potch - im gonna miss the time in cape town. thanks a lot for everything! hope i'll see some people again :)

What a blast! I have to say that this was by far my most memorable trip to cape town. The green elephant is a great place to stay and meet wonderful people. I know that i have made some friends for life here. Not only amoung fellow guests, but the great staff working here. elario, lee, jan, marietjie, and Shingi have all in their own way helped make this experience memorable and are a true asset to the "elephant". I will most certainly recommend this place to friends and fellow travelers. i will be back, that i am certain of.

11 excited norwegian/danish youth arrived here for three weeks ago. our stay has been netter than all expectations. we have met so many nice people and a beautiful town in a wonderful country. this great backpackers hasmade our life easier in many ways: lovely staff, great braais, and not least the bed. i have slept so well here:) Thank you so much for helping us with day trips, taxis, SUSHI-takeaway
P.S. Lee: good luck with the fancy trick in the jacuzzi!

At first I was disappointed to be outside the center [house]. But i really can say i enjoyed it. And i will come again.

The best pancakes in the world are made by the french pancake lady at green elephant guest house. awesome parties, jacuzi, everything is good here.

What a blast! I have to say that this was by far my most memorable trip to cape town. The green elephant is a great place to stay and meet wonderful people. I know that i have made some friends for life here.
