03/07 Dear Staff, It was a real pleasure to stay here for the past three weeks. Coming from or going to work, I could enjoy your coffee, relax around the pool, and speak to very nice people from all over the world. Although I wasn't here to party in the first place, I enjoyed the party atmosphere in this house very much. You are all three doing a great job, caring for all the different kinds of people who walk in and out. This doesnt seem easy to me, but you are doing it perfectly! Thanks a lot for everything! Ann

hello everyone, am suprised that it took me this long to comment ut i guess its mailnly because i dont yet feel like am away from the green elephant and if i was then i would take it with me.it was and is like home away from home. Vuyani,i always told him is like my guardian.Lebo,Jaqui.i dont know how you picked the staff there but am sure everyone will agree,you made an amazing choice.if it werent for those guys,i dont thinnk that place would be as wonderful.i heard a great time.that right there defined my stay in SA.you guys are awesome and if i could,i would do it all over again.am witing on some kinda re-union.you rock!

High Five! We stayed six weeks at the Green Elephant and enjoyed all the time. The staff-members were very friendly and the athomsphere was great all the time. Our house was very clean and secure. I would recommend this backpacker to everybody! Greetings from Germany Mareike
It was an honour to be part of the biggest family in the world for almost six months!!! I know it's crazy to stay in a backpack for so long but it's very hard to leave this place!!!

Dear Green Elephant or rather the people in it, those who have left aswell, I left and came back, things had changed but is still felt like home. Right now I dont want to leave but *** happens hey, I will miss Cape Town for sure, and maybe you guys too. Although it's a short time for us to stay here, I enjoy much from your wonderful helpfulness. Hope that later, there will be more Hong Kong people liking travelling by themeselves and will go to your hostel.
Could not have asked for a friendlier bunch of staff at the green elephant, we felt totally at home. If we come back to Cape Town you'll see us again. The smiles warmth from the front desk make my day even if it wat to early!
